Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Squadwerk FieldProof App. By using the App you agree to these Terms. The App is provided for authorised field crews, administrators, and council clients of an active maintenance contract.

Accounts & access

Accounts are issued by your organisation’s administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Access is limited to the role assigned to you.

Acceptable use

• Record only accurate, genuine work performed at the correct site and time.
• Do not falsify GPS, photos, completion records, or service requests.
• Do not attempt to access data outside your authorised role or sites.

Content you submit

Photos and records you submit are operational business records owned by the contracting organisation and may be used for completion reporting, invoicing, and client oversight.

Service availability

The App supports offline capture and syncs records when connectivity is restored. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses arising from outages or device-related data loss.

Disclaimer & liability

The App is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squadwerk disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
